開富力的作品是開務建築團隊二十多年來，無數歷練之專業技術的集成，更是對於北緯24度原生建築理念的實現與深耕。因此這本筆記本理念書，匯整了建築團隊歷年來的作品，我們的每一項作品，無論在設計上或者實務上，都希望能致力於實現對於原生態度的堅持，更貼近土地人文的需求，甚至選擇不斷挑戰業界少見，卻是更適切的創新施工技術和綠建材，只為更加嚴謹落實建築的永續生命，建造出更適合這片土地氣候環境，真實關照自然環境、生活感官和品質的在地建築。

Original Roots
"When the whole world is talking about green buildings, what do the buildings at latitude 24°N need?"
There are so many different climates and geographical characteristics on Earth, and each piece of land has its unique architectural traits. The sun’s trajectory, the length of daylight, and the strength of seasonal winds all affect the comfort of daily life provided by a building.

Native Essence
The uniqueness of the climate and culture at latitude 24°N requires that the construction settings be based on environmental conditions (materials, methods). The true implementation of sustainable architecture focuses on the responsibility of a building to stand on the land for longer than a lifetime. This emphasizes the importance and confidence in local values.

Memory
Understanding of this native land involves responding to the needs and feedback of contemporary society and the cultural context of urban life. It allows architecture to take root in harmony with the native land and environment.

Essence
Returning to the original intention of architecture is beyond styles and schools. It genuinely reconnects with the memories of the inhabitants and sensitively aligns with the five senses of life. The works of Kai Fu Li are the culmination of over twenty years of professional experience from the Kai Wu Architecture team and are a realization and deepening of the native architectural concepts at latitude 24°N. This notebook concept book consolidates the team's projects over the years. With each project, whether in design or practice, we strive to uphold our commitment to native values, addressing the needs of local culture. We even choose to challenge industry norms by adopting innovative construction techniques and green materials that are more appropriate, ensuring a rigorous implementation of sustainable architecture. We aim to create buildings that are better suited to the climate and environment of this land, genuinely addressing the natural environment, as well as the sensory and quality of life of the community.
